I've just woken up to the fact that Easter is at the end of the month and some cards need to be made. I don't make as many as I do at Christmas, but I need to get on with them as I've got some other commissions pending. Anyway here is a quick sketch I did of some chicks and the first few paper versions. I'm going to decorate and embellish them with stitching as usual (and give them eyes!).
Tomorrow I'm having a textiles day with my friends to start our squares for the wall hanging Truro Library have asked Material Girls to make for one of their meeting rooms - should be fun!
I'll let you know how productive it was next week and show you my design for that and I also promise to show you my finished Easter cards before they get distributed.
