Word of the Day

I learnt a new word at the weekend thanks to Robert Macfarlane: "hundslappadrífa" - 'dog's-feet-snow'; snow that falls in large flakes, like the paws of dogs, quickly blanketing the landscape (Icelandic). This seemed appropriate as much of the UK was covered with a blanket of snow yesterday.

The closest I'm going to get to snow today here in Cornwall are my snowy pictures from my #100daysofpapercollage project!! ❄️☃️
