Keep Calm and Carry On

Equanimity (n.)
Mental calmness, composure and evenness of temper, especially in a difficult situation

I love this picture which I took at Symonds Yat this summer, it not only reminds me of a lovely day spent out walking in the woods with my husband, but also the sense of calm such inspiring views can capture. I feel the need to capture some calm today as I face another hectic week. It would be nice if we could bottle that feeling and use it in times of strife. I love words and this definition seemed to fit with the kind of calmness I'm striving for this week. To be mentally ready and alter, but also able to stand back, take a deep breathe and carry on.
