New Pathways

"Who knows where this path will take us,
but lets go forth hand in hand
and promise not to let go
because it may lead us somewhere
VAST and AMAZING."
Freya Ete
I Love the expanse of the seaside and the vastness of the sea. You can loose yourself and all your cares there. My husband took this picture on one of our favourite beaches last year and I love the way the tire tracks draws your eye to the flag and the two isolated figures. It is as if they have reached an imaginary finish line in the sand.
In life when we reach the end of one path we normally find that we are faced with a choice of which one to take next. I feel a bit at a cross roads this morning so I thought this quote was an appropriate one. It speaks of not being fearful of change because sometimes it can transform your life for the better, as long as we hold onto the people we value the most. I also thought this a good sentiment to mark my 50th post (where has the time gone), because I've had lots of wonderful encounters in my life since I started this blog.
If your not familiar with Freya's work, check out her shop on Etsy - www.etsy.com/shop/FreyaArt she does these lovely quirky illustrations that accompany her thought provoking words. Why not share them with the people you care about - happy travelling.
