Paper artist Yulia Brodskaya has recently written a book about her artistic process called Painting with Paper. I got it for Christmas and while you won’t find paper quilling tutorials in it, if you’re stuck for inspiration it will certainly inspire you to find your own creative voice. I love seeing how she manipulates strips of colorful paper by rolling, looping, curling and glueing them into decorative shapes, until she has a cohesive whole. I’m also blown away by the scale of her work, I feel a large scale piece coming on this year. #paperartist #quilling @yulia_brodskaya_artyulia
