Monday Muse - Snow

"When it snows, you have two choices: shovel or make snow angels"
I'm not the greatest fan of the white stuff, this mainly stems from being at boarding school in Derbyshire - when the School would shut because of it, the boarders were snowed in rather than at home and we weren't often allowed to go out and play in it!
Snow in this country as those who live here know, spells traffic chaos - which this week does not amuse me much, as I had planned a North of England tour to see family and friends I didn't get to see over the festive season. I suppose I like this mornings quote because it tells me to embrace the uncertainty of the snow and what's more to have fun with what nature throws my way. I hope you manage to find your inner child and stay safe in whatever adverse weather you find yourself in this week. My thoughts are especially with those contending with the bush fires at the moment in Australia.
As I hope to be away this week (weather permitting) I don't think I'll be posting much until next Wednesday. But if I manage to get my mobile technology working, I might put on something about my travels. The Picture is of Truro Cathedral in our last Snowfall some years ago - as you can see it doesn't take much to have us talking about snow!
