It must be a very good pastime for distressing, but it takes a steady hand!
The book I'm currently reading (Forest Therapy by Sarah Ivens) suggest that we should get out in nature to rebalance and recent research has shown that people that get outside in nature for more than 2 hours a week have a better sense of wellbeing.
Stone balancing is certainly harder than it looks...
